We want you to be completely satisfied with your wet room installation, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused shower trays and waterproofing kits. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your shower tray or wet room components in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer shipping label.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked courier service; we recommend insurance for high-value items like glass screens or large trays.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the goods for damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
